OUR FRIENDS

Our relationships with denominational partners and other justice organizations offer us accountability and support.

Alliance of Baptists Logo

Alliance of Baptists

A Theological Home. Pursuit of God’s Justice. Partnership in Mission.

These three core values guide the Alliance of Baptists. The Alliance of Baptists began in 1987 as a prophetic voice in Baptist life. Today, we have grown to be a justice movement and community of faith.  We are male and female laity and clergy, people of diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, theological beliefs, and ministry practices. We are about 4,500 individual members and roughly 140 congregations knit together by love for one another and God, combining progressive inquiry, contemplative prayer and prophetic action to bring about justice and healing in a changing world.

QC Family Tree

An organization working at the intersection of faith, culture, and social change. QCFT intentionally and actively nurtures people and places so that they might create thriving communities of abundance, justice, imagination, and mutual care for all.  Through practices of cultural organizing, we strengthen social infrastructure, expand on interdependence, mutual aid, and solidarity where it already exists.

We worship in over 17 languages, in a variety of styles and settings. We are related to 15 colleges and universities and 7 seminaries and divinity houses where new leaders are nurtured. Our 31 regions, 14 general ministries, and ministry partners throughout the world make it possible for us to love and serve our neighbors from our doorsteps to the ends of the earth.
