Justice Driven

At Beloved Community Charlotte, we are justice driven.

This means we preach and practice a theology that insists on justice for all.

Act

We are not content only to speak about justice on Sundays, we believe strongly in putting our words into action. We do this by actively participating in events organized by BCC and by mobilizing our group to support the work of our friends throughout the community.

Reflect

Reflecting on our actions allows us to become more effective change agents and better community members. We make space to analyze, as a group.

Theory & Theology

We draw guidance from a variety of authorities including theological and secular sources of wisdom. In particular, we embrace frameworks which commit us to acts of nonviolent resistance against systems which do not serve our community.
